Conduct Guidelines

At Dynatrix Labs, we strive to provide a professional, respectful, and productive learning environment. Since our classes are conducted live with one-to-one interaction and in groups, students are expected to follow the guidelines below. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

1. Respectful Behavior

  • Students must treat trainers, staff, and fellow learners with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Any form of harassment, abuse, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Students should maintain a professional attitude during live classes, whether one-to-one or group sessions.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend classes on time and regularly.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, you must inform your trainer or coordinator in advance (where possible).
  • Excessive absenteeism may affect your progress and access to future sessions.

3. Academic Integrity

  • All assignments, projects, and assessments must represent your own work.
  • Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination from the course without refund.
  • Sharing or distributing course materials without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Technology

  • Students must ensure a stable internet connection and functioning device during live classes.

  • Recording, broadcasting, or sharing live classes without prior permission from Dynatrix Labs is strictly forbidden.

  • Any attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt online platforms will result in immediate termination.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Live sessions may involve direct interactions. Students must respect the privacy of trainers and fellow learners.
  • Personal data, contact details, or private discussions must not be misused, shared, or disclosed without consent.

6. Professional Interaction

  • During one-to-one sessions, students must maintain a professional and respectful learning environment at all times.

  • Any inappropriate comments, behavior, or requests made to trainers will lead to immediate disciplinary action.

  • Trainers reserve the right to end a session if a student behaves inappropriately.

7. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Verbal or written warning

  • Temporary suspension from classes

  • Termination of enrollment without refund

  • Legal action, if required

8. Acknowledgment

By enrolling at Dynatrix Labs, students acknowledge and agree to follow this Code of Conduct. This ensures that all learners enjoy a safe, respectful, and professional educational environment.
